Dispute resolution

At betsire, we aim to provide the best possible customer experience. We would like to ensure our customers are satisfied and happy with our products and services offered; however, we understand there may be times when we have not been able to match your expectations. If you are not satisfied with any of our products or services offered, you can raise a query with our team as our customer care will be delighted to help you out.

After you have raised a query with our customer service team and you are still dissatisfied then you can raise a further dispute with our team and we will do an internal review of the complaint raised which may take up to 7 business days, we can extend that time further at our discretion.
